OPTIONS KSI reveals his next fight will be in the US and asks fans to pick from four-man list of potential opponents which includes Conor McGregor’s teammate

KSI has announced his next fight will take place in America and launched a poll for fans to decide who’ll be his opponent.

In August, KSI, real name Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji (JJ) put on a boxing event where he knocked out two opponents in one night, opening the show by stopping rapper Swarmz before beating professional boxer, Luis Alcaraz Pineda.

It was the first time he’d been in the ring since picking up a split decision win over Logan Paul at the Staples Center in LA in 2020.

Two years prior, the YouTuber, rapper, and 3-0 boxer clashed with Paul at the Manchester Arena, in a six-round white-collar bout that ended in a draw and seemingly started the internet boxing boom.

After a couple of years out of the ring, KSI entered the year lacking fitness but after several months of fight camp, he’s now in the best shape of his life and ready to go again in the coming months.

On Wednesday, the 29-year-old took to social media to announce when and where his next fight will take place before asking fans to pick his opponent, he tweeted: “Who do you want me to fight in January?”

At the top of the list was former UFC champion Tyron Woodley, who famously fought KSI’s biggest rival, Jake Paul, twice and was viciously knocked out by ‘The Problem Child’ in their rematch.

Next up is Dillon Danis, who is best known for being one of Conor McGregor’s training partners. ‘El Jefe’ is also a 2-0 MMA prospect with elite-level submission skills but his striking credentials are questionable, to say the least.

Another option for KSI is his long-time rival and fellow YouTuber Slim Albaher who picked up an impressive stoppage win over FaZe Temperr at the O2 Arena in London on August 25.

Finally, Mikhail Varshavski AKA Doctor Mike, who is a Russian-born American internet personality and family medicine physician who made a victorious boxing debut in May 2022 against influencer iDubbbz.

KSI took time to explain why British boxing prospect Tommy Fury and controversial social media star Andrew Tate were not options after he called them out last month.

“Tommy Fury can’t fight in America (That’s where the next event is), and Andrew Tate is too heavy for me,” he added.

Tyson Fury’s little brother was infamously stopped from flying to America earlier this year and is believed to be banned from the country.

Meanwhile, Tate is believed to weigh in excess of 200lbs which is 25lbs heavier than KSI is planning to fight at after seriously trimming down as of late.
