Serrano vs Mahfoud: What has been said?

Amanda Serrano said: “I feel very happy because it is a division in which I feel comfortable. Also, I want to get one more title at 126 pounds.

“I want to be the undisputed champion.

“This is the first step. I’m ready. I go in with everything and without fear, as always.

“I am confident that I am going to win because this is my weight. No one can beat me at 126.”

On a rematch with Taylor, Serrano added: “I feel happy because I think I won the first fight.

“I want to have the opportunity to fight her and win and prove that I am one of the best. I have the talent for it.”

But Serrano is already eyeing up a rematch with Taylor in Croke Park: “That would be an amazing venue for both of us.

“I hope I gained a lot of Irish fans after the [first] fight, a lot of people from Ireland came up to me and told me they are fans of mine. It would be an amazing night for both of us. I would love to fight over there.”
